Cancellations & Refunds Policy

This policy outlines the terms governing cancellations and refunds for subscription services provided by StayVerify, a digital verification platform owned and managed by Infra Marine Innovations LLP.

By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.


1. Subscription Fees Are Non-Refundable

  • All fees paid for any subscription plan — including monthly, 6-month, or annual packages — are strictly non-refundable.
  • This applies regardless of whether the Services are used, paused, or terminated prior to the end of the subscription term.
  • Once payment has been made and the property account has been activated, the sale is final and irrevocable.
  • No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused subscription periods or deactivation initiated by the client.

2. No Chargeback Policy

As specified in our Terms & Conditions, all transactions with StayVerify are final and non-reversible.

  • The Client shall not initiate any chargeback or payment dispute through their bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor after successful payment.
  • Any attempt to raise a chargeback will be treated as a violation of our service agreement.

In such cases, Infra Marine Innovations LLP reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the Client's StayVerify account without prior notice, and
  • Pursue legal or financial recovery of disputed amounts, including administrative and legal costs, under Indian law.

3. Service Termination

  • Clients may discontinue the use of StayVerify services at any time; however, this does not entitle them to a refund of any prepaid fees.
  • The service will remain active until the end of the paid subscription period, after which it will automatically expire unless renewed.
  • If the Company terminates an account due to a breach of Terms & Conditions, misuse, or non-compliance with Indian law, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription term.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Dissatisfaction with the product or user experience.
  • Inability or failure to use the service due to the Client's own technical or operational issues.
  • A change of mind, change in business conditions, or property closure.
  • Perceived lack of utility after subscription activation.
